Plan for a wonderful dining event that will begin around 6pm and may continue after 9pm.  Chef Kris from the Nau-Ti-Gal restaurant in Madison will be creating a special four course menu for just 30 people!  All meat will come from Black Earth Meats - grass-fed beef from local farmers who raise their cattle without the use of antibiotics!  And, just in time for holiday parties, Red Meat Market has joined with Lobster Gram to offer the world’s freshest lobster tails from Maine’s local fishermen!  To top it off, Capital Brewery will compliment each course with a special beer tasting! 

Enjoy ocean fresh taste with naturally pastured, grass-fed goodness at an unique casual waterfront atmosphere! Gather a group of friends and make this a special outing.  Heck, gather a group of 30 and it’s your private party!  Here’s what we thinking:

First course
Salt and Pepper Black Earth Meats Lamb Lollipops with chimichurri

Second Course
Roasted carrot and beet salad with fresh Maine Lobster and feta

Third course
Boursin topped Black Earth Meats grass- fed beef tenderloin with fresh Maine Lobster tail and Parmesan creamed cauliflower

Fourth Course
Bittersweet molten lava cake with Sassy Cow Salted Caramel ice cream

The cost of the event is $40.00 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Seating is limited, so make reservations today!
